Chill App is a premium car care platform operating across the UAE. It offers on-demand car wash, detailing, tinting, registration, and insurance services—right at your doorstep. With seamless booking, real-time updates, and a convenience-first design, Chill brings automotive care to busy customers wherever they are.

Challenge

Car owners across the UAE were struggling to find reliable, on-demand car care services that fit into their busy schedules. Chill needed a unified mobile platform to offer a wide range of automotive services with seamless booking, tracking, and trusted providers.

Solution

We built a powerful mobile app combining car wash, detailing, registration, insurance, and roadside assistance services. The solution includes a dynamic booking engine, real-time service tracking, post-service feedback system, and smart integrations like MetaDoc healthcare and Shory insurance.

Results

The app achieved profitability within the first year. KPIs show a 42% increase in repeat users, a 4.9/5 average rating, and over 18,000 monthly active users. New aggregator architecture and booking widgets improved service matching speed by 35%.
