What does APPStairs do?
APPStairs is an AI transformation and development house based in Dubai. Since 2016 we have designed, built and grown web and mobile apps, AI agents and automation, and marketing for businesses across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Where are you based, and which markets do you serve?
Our office is on Level 14, Boulevard Plaza Tower 1, Downtown Dubai. We work with clients across the UAE and KSA, in English and Arabic.
Do you build both web and mobile apps?
Yes. We build custom web apps and iOS and Android apps end to end: UX and UI design, front end, back end, admin dashboards, and integrations with payment gateways, CRMs and analytics. Recent work includes the Chill car care app and the Tayba Gourmet ordering app.
Can you build an AI agent or chatbot for my business?
Yes. We build custom AI agents trained on your own data that answer customers, qualify leads and handle bookings on WhatsApp, Instagram and your website, and we automate the repetitive work around them, such as CRM updates and follow-ups.
Do you also handle marketing?
Yes. Our growth team plans and runs social media content and paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. Chill's campaigns with us drove more than 40,000 purchases in six months.
How does a project start?
With a free discovery call. We then look at your goals, users and data, and agree a clear scope, timeline and team, so you know what ships when, and what it costs, before we start.
How much does a project cost, and how long does it take?
It depends on the scope. After the discovery call you get a written scope with a timeline and price. During the build you see weekly releases you can test, with one point of contact on our side.
What happens after launch?
We measure, improve and scale the product with you, or hand it over cleanly to your own team.
What are Chatter AI and Peak?
They are our own SaaS products. Chatter AI is one inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and web chat, with AI that answers routine questions. Peak is a virtual office for teams: who's in, tasks, calendar, docs and AI agents in one place.
